Fixes: 

• Appointments booked (via Appointment Widget or Care with SMS Notifications) are sending multiple SMS confirmation messages (up to 8) to patients
  - fix multiple SMS sent issue
• Fixed an issue where navigating from one user's configuration page to another displayed the original user in the Appointment Provider Filter field until the page was refreshed.
• Fix message pending status with medical object
• Fix Clinical Templates Vitals form
