Heidi Health is a MediRecords partner that assists with AI-powered note taking and formatting, enabling clinicians to focus more on delivering patient-centred care.
To register to use Heidi AI Scribe via MediRecords, your Practice Owner must have first set up MediRecords integration with Heidi AI Scribe. Click here for details.
The user must register with Heidi Health before you can use the AI scribe function in MediRecords.
Please follow these steps if this is your first time using Heidi Health technology.
- Click the Heidi Health icon in the Clinical tab of a MediRecords patient record.
2. When you select ‘Continue in a new window’, you will be taken to a new browser tab to register your User account with Heidi Health.
3. Enter your details to register with Heidi Health and select “Join for free”.
You can also choose to join Heidi Health using your Google account.
If you already have a Heidi Health account, select the ‘Already have an account? Log in’ option.

5. As part of registration with Heidi Health, you will receive a code to complete your sign-up process. Check your email to retrieve the code and enter it via the window pictured below.
6. Select ‘Complete sign up’. You will be required to create a password for your Heidi Health account.
7. Select Continue. You may start using the Heidi AI Scribe on a 30-day free trial. Select the ‘Start 30-day free trial’ button.
8. In MediRecords, in the Clinical tab within a patient record, you will see the Heidi AI icon and the widget open as follows.
Please select the appropriate audio input suitable for ambient listening in your setting:
