MediRecords users may already have an existing Heidi Health account. This can be used to access Heidi AI Scribe in MediRecords.
Note: A 'Heidi Together' subscription plan is required for the MediRecords integration to be available.
To use Heidi AI Scribe within MediRecords, your Practice Owner must first complete the integration setup with Heidi Health. Click here for details.
Once the integration is set up, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Clinical tab of a patient's record in MediRecords and click the Heidi AI Scribe icon.
If the same email is used for both MediRecords and your Heidi Health account, Heidi will automatically detect your existing license.
2. Select ‘Continue in a new window’ to open a new browser tab.
3. Enter your email and click ‘Sign in with email’
Heidi Health will match the email you used to register with your Heidi Health account. You will then see a confirmation that Heidi AI Scribe is now available within MediRecords.
4. Select ‘Use Heidi on your integration'.
The Heidi Health browser tab will close, and the Heidi AI Scribe widget will be displayed in the Today's Note section of the patient's record.
You are all set! The Heidi AI Scribe widget is ready to use.
