How do I use Heidi AI Scribe in a patient consultation?

The Heidi AI Scribe tool is available in MediRecords when you have a Heidi Health account and have activated this optional integration in Settings.

The following are pre-requisites for using Heidi AI Scribe: 

1. Your Practice Owner has integrated MediRecords with Heidi AI Scribe.1 
   Read the details here.
2. You have registered with Heidi Health to use Heidi AI Scribe in MediRecords. 
   New Heidi Health user: Read the details here. 
   Existing Heidi Health User: read the details here.
3. You have informed your patient and obtain their consent to use Heidi AI Scribe to facilitate note taking during the consultation.

When you navigate to the Patient’s Clinical tab in MediRecords, you will see Heidi AI icon displayed.

Select the Heidi icon to display the Heidi AI widget:

When you are ready to commence transcription of your notes, select “Start visit” 

When you finished recording your notes, select “End Session”

You will be presented with templates for the preferred format of your transcribed notes:

Select the appropriate template and your notes will be generated in this format.

Once you have reviewed the accuracy of the notes and added your comments, select “Push Note” button to paste the transcribed notes into MediRecords Today’s Note area.
