How to Create a New Deposit?
- Within the Patient Record > go to Accounts
- Go to Deposits
- Click New Deposit located in the top right of the Deposits screen.
- The New Deposit Modal will open. Fill out the necessary details and click Save
- After clicking Save, a GREEN notification will appear at the top of the screen when saving the Deposit is successful. A RED notification will appear at the top of the screen when saving the Deposit has failed.
6. To Cancel or Discard the Deposit, click on the (x) button.
Viewing Deposits in the Deposit Grid
Credit and Balance Due
As Deposits are created, the total of the available balance of all deposits will be displayed in the top right of the screen as the Credit Balance
The Balance Due is a sum of all outstanding invoice amounts where the status is Unpaid or Partially Paid
