Fixes

• Technical Error Detail:500 when purchasing SMS credits
  
  • Fix 500 error when purchasing the SMS
• Correspondence letters close immediately after seconds when shifting from IN and OUT, Correspondence IN stays open but for the OUT it closes
  
  • Prevents Correspondence Out grid to reload on navigating the patient clinical page

New Features

• Update message on cancelled claim/write-off error
  
  • A new message should appear on the pop-up validation:

    "This invoice cannot be partially written off as it has already been claimed and cannot be updated.

    Please proceed with writing off the entire outstanding amount. If necessary, create a new invoice for re-claiming."
