Welcome to the MediRecords Waiting Room.
This article has been written to give new users an informative overview of the MediRecords Waiting Room page.
In this article, you will learn how filter patients are visible in the waiting room, add or remove patients from the waiting room, and how to progress patients from the waiting room, to consultation and then to billing.
Waiting Room - Overview
The Waiting Room page is located on the third tab on the MediRecords application ribbon.
The Waiting Room page is divided into three separate columns - Waiting Room, With Doctor and At Billing. Each of the sections is covered individually in the following parts of this tutorial.
To Filter or View which doctors patients are visible in your Waiting Room, click Filter to reveal a drop-down list of users.
Users with a Tick next to their name are visible in your Waiting Room.
To Add a Doctor's Patients to your Waiting Room view, click the Name of the User and the patients will be added to your Waiting Room view.
To Remove a Doctor's Patients from your Waiting Room view, click the Name of the User with a tick next to their name, and the patients will be removed from your Waiting Room view.
The Waiting Room will also display the following information for the patient:
1. Wait room position
2. Estimated time to be seen by the doctor
3. DOB.
