Follow these steps to add a 'Walk-in' appointment to your waiting room:
- Click Walk-in to open the walk-in appointment form
- Complete the first half of the form
For an existing patient -
- Click Patient Name and type in the first few letters of the patient's name
- The system will create a drop-down list of the closest matches
- Click the Patient Name to select the patient
- Click Save to complete
The walk-in appointment has now been added to your waiting room.
For a new patient -
- Click New Patient
- Fill in all the new patient details as required
- Click Save to complete
The walk-in appointment has now been added to your waiting room.
