How do I add a 'Walk-in' appointment to my waiting room?

Follow these steps to add a 'Walk-in' appointment to your waiting room:

1. Click Walk-in to open the walk-in appointment form
2. Complete the first half of the form

For an existing patient -

1. Click Patient Name and type in the first few letters of the patient's name
2. The system will create a drop-down list of the closest matches
3. Click the Patient Name to select the patient
4. Click Save to complete

The walk-in appointment has now been added to your waiting room.

For a new patient -

1. Click New Patient
2. Fill in all the new patient details as required
3. Click Save to complete

The walk-in appointment has now been added to your waiting room.
