How do I Move a Patient from At Billing to Waiting Room?

Follow these steps to Move a Patient from At Billing to the Waiting Room:
  1. Click on the Waiting Room located on the Left
  2. The patient must be in the At Billing section
  3. Click the Patient's Name
  4. This will reveal a list of options for the appointment
  5. Click Waiting Room to reveal a drop-down list of providers
  6. Click the Provider Name to select which Waiting Room to move the patient to 


  7. The patient has now been moved back to the Waiting Room
