How do I Delete a Patient?

This article will walk you through how to Delete a Patient 

Follow these steps to DELETE a Patient:

1. Navigate to the patient grid by selecting 'Patients' at the top of your MediRecords Screen
2. The Patient grid displays all 'Active Patients' by default
3. Select the tick-box to the left of the patient's name
4. The Delete option will appear
   
5. Pop-up will appear asking you to confirm Patient Delete
6. Click Yes
7. The patient has now been Deleted
   
   

   We highly suggest deactivating the patient file they wanted to remove/ delete and then updating the patient record they wanted to keep with all the correct information.
