This article will walk you through how to Delete a Patient
Follow these steps to DELETE a Patient:
- Navigate to the patient grid by selecting 'Patients' at the top of your MediRecords Screen
- The Patient grid displays all 'Active Patients' by default
- Select the tick-box to the left of the patient's name
- The Delete option will appear
- Pop-up will appear asking you to confirm Patient Delete
- Click Yes
- The patient has now been Deleted
We highly suggest deactivating the patient file they wanted to remove/ delete and then updating the patient record they wanted to keep with all the correct information.
