How do I open a patient record in the waiting room?

Follow these steps to open a patient record in the waiting room:

*Note: the patient record can be opened from within all three columns in the waiting room - Waiting Room, With Doctor, and At Billing. Depending on which section of the waiting the patient is in, the patient record will open in a different section.

1. Click the Patient Name to display additional actions for the appointment  
2. a) If the patient is in the Waiting Room section, click Patient Details to open patient details
3. b) If the patient is in the With Doctor section, click Open to open the patient's clinical
4. c) If the patient is in the At Billing section, click Patient Details to open patient details

The patient record has now been opened.
