How do I search for a document in My Health Record?

Follow these steps to search for a document in My Health Record:

Click the Search-box at the top of the grid.
Type in a keyword in the search box.
Press Enter.
You can also click the drop-down arrow by the Filter button to be able to filter by Document Type and Document Date.
