Follow these steps to Add a Family Member to a Patient Record:
- Open the Patient Record
- Click Family (above the patient address)
- Click the + icon to add a family member
- Type in the Name to search for the patient
- Select the Relationship
- Click OK to save
- The family member has now been added to the patient record
