Follow these steps to Change the Usual Provider:
- Open the Patient Record
- Click the Provider Name
- Select the new Usual Provider
- Click Save to apply the changes
- The usual provider has now been updated.
NOTE: Make sure that the provider has their Provider Number added to their Identifiers so you would be able to add them to the patient record.
