How do I Change the Usual Provider?

Follow these steps to Change the Usual Provider:

  1. Open the Patient Record
  2. On the right-hand side up the top, click the Provider Name (the second box down above Usual Practice)
  3. Select the new Usual Provider
  4. Click Save to apply the changes
  5. The usual provider has now been updated
