- Open the Patient record.
- Navigate to the Details tab.
- Click Demographics.
- Scroll down to the Patient Preferences section.
- Click the Patient Type drop-down menu arrow (The Patient Type 'Standard' shows by default).
- Select the Patient Type (Standard, VIP, Blacklisted, Family).
- Click Save to apply the changes.
