Who shares pathology results with My Health Record?

When a pathology lab performs analyses or tests on patient specimens, the results are commonly uploaded to My Health Record, as well as being sent to the requesting provider. It will soon be mandatory for labs to share results on My Health Record, and patients will need to opt-out on a case-by-case basis, and tell the lab that they don't want the results shared.
