Follow these steps to Delete a Patient Activity:

- From within the Activities Tab, on the Patients record, click either Clinical Actions or Tasks
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the activity to reveal a list of options
- Click Delete
- Click Yes to acknowledge the activity will be deleted
- The patient activity has now been deleted
To create a new clinical action follow link provided
