Follow these steps to Filter the List of Patient Activities:
This work instruction applies to both Clinical Actions and Tasks.
You can navigate to the Activities and Tasks for patient in two of the following ways -
- From within the Activities Tab, on the Patients record, click Filter
OR
- Select Task/Activities Icon
at top of the MediRecords Header Bar > Select Patient by clicking in the Tick-Box next to patient you require
3. The patient list can be filtered by Status, by Owner, by Regarding or by a combination of the three
4. Click the names of the Owner's who's activities you want in the list
5. Click the names under Regarding to add/remove Patient, User or Contact activities from the list
6. Click Active or Inactive to refine your list even further
8. The list of patient activities has now been filtered
