Follow these steps to Cancel a Patient Activity:
This work instruction applies to both Clinical Actions and Tasks.
- From within the Activities Tab, on the Patients record, click either Clinical Actions or Tasks
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the activity to reveal a list of options
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Cancelled to cancel the activity, but leave record of the booking in the patient's file
- The patient activity has now been cancelled
