How do I Complete or Close a Patient Activity?

Follow these steps to Complete or Close a Patient Activity:

This work instruction applies to both Clinical Actions and Tasks.

From within the Activities Tab, on the Patient record, click either Clinical Actions or Tasks
Click the Tick-box next to the name of the activity to reveal a list of options
Click Status to reveal a drop-down list
Click Completed to close the activity and leave a record of the booking in the patient's file
The patient activity has now been closed and completed
