How do I View Messages from the Patient Dashboard?
Follow these steps to View Secure Messages from the Patient Dashboard:
- Open the Patient Record
- Click Dashboard to open the patient dashboard
- Navigate to the Quick Action toolbar
- Click the Messaging Icon to open the messages related to the patient
