First get the user to check underneath their keyboard. If that doesn't work follow these steps instead.
Follow these steps to reset a users password:
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Settings
- Click Subscription Details
- Click Users
- Click the Tick-box to select the User being edited
- Click Edit User
- Click Security
- Click Reset Password
The password has now been reset, and the user will be sent an email, prompting them to change it the next time they log in.
