As the needs of a medical practice change, it may be necessary to delete a user account from MediRecords.
This article outlines the steps for deleting a user account in MediRecords.
- Click More at the top of the page to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Setting
- Click Subscription Details
- Click Users
- Click the Tick-box to select the User/s being deleted
- Click Delete to execute
- Click Yes to confirm that User/s will be deleted
NOTE:
- That a Primary User or Practice Owner cannot be changed or deleted.

What if there is a chance that the Doctor or User will return to your clinic? If the Doctor or User is Deleted, their appointments will be also deleted. It is better to deactivate them rather than deleting.
