How do I create a new EPC?

Follow these steps to create a new EPC:

1. Open the patient record
2. Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
3. Make sure you are in the "Extended Care" section
4. Click New EPC to reveal a drop-down list of Health Assessments and Reviews
5. Click K-10 Assessment (example) to open the assessment form
6. Complete the form with all the required details
7. Type in any relevant comments
8. To make the assessment confidential, click the Confidential tick-box
9. To add the assessment to the consultation notes, click the Add to Today's Notes tick-box
10. To print a copy of the assessment, click Print to open a print preview
11. Click Save to complete

The EPC activity has now been created.
