Follow these steps to change the status of an EPC:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Extended Care" section
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the EPC
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list, and click Activate or Deactivate
The status of the EPC has now been changed.
