Follow these steps to edit the results of a cervical smear:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Cervical Smears" section
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the result
- Click Edit to open the cervical smear results form
- Update the form with all the details
- Click Save to apply the changes
The cervical smear results have now been updated.
