How do I add the results of a cervical smear?

Follow these steps to add the results of a cervical smear:

1. Open the patient record
2. Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
3. Make sure you are in the "Cervical Smears" section
   
   
   
4. Click New Result to open the cervical smear results form
5. Click to add the Date, Performed By, and Result
6. If there are endocervical cells present, click the Endo-cervical cells present tick-box
7. If there is an HPV present, click the HPV Present tick-box
8. Add any relevant clinical observations or Comments
9. If you want to make the record confidential, click the Confidential tick-box
10. To create a task relating to the results, click More to reveal a drop-down list of users
11. Click the Name of the User being assigned the task, and enter the Date
12. Click Save to complete

The cervical smear results have now been added.
