How Do I Share Correspondence to a Patient with the MediRecords App?

Follow these steps to share correspondence to a patient with the MediRecords App.
Incoming Correspondence:

1. Open the Patient Record.
2. Navigate to the Clinical tab.
3. On the left-hand column scroll down and select Correspondence.
4. Select the In tab, if not selected.
5. Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App.
6. Click Status and select Checked.

Outgoing Correspondence:

1. Navigate to the Out tab.
2. Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App.
3. Click Status and select Final.

All correspondence with the status as Checked or Final will now appear in the Patient app when they refresh.
