Follow these steps to share correspondence to a patient with the MediRecords App.
Incoming Correspondence:
- Open the Patient Record.
- Navigate to the Clinical tab.
- On the left-hand column scroll down and select Correspondence.
- Select the In tab, if not selected.
- Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App.
- Click Status and select Checked.
Outgoing Correspondence:
- Navigate to the Out tab.
- Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App.
- Click Status and select Final.
All correspondence with the status as Checked or Final will now appear in the Patient app when they refresh.
