Follow these steps to share correspondence to a patient with the MediRecords App:
Incoming Correspondence:
- Open the Patient Record;
- Navigate to the Clinical tab;
- On the left-hand column scroll down and select Correspondence;
- Select the In tab, if not selected.
- Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App;
- Click Status and select Checked;
Outgoing Correspondence:
- Navigate to the Out tab;
- Select the tick-box next to the letter you wish to add to the Patient App;
- Click Status and select Final;
All correspondence with the status as Checked or Final will now appear in the Patient app when they refresh.
