How do I add the outcome of the current pregnancy?

Follow these steps to add the outcome of the current pregnancy:

1. Open the patient record
2. Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
3. Make sure you are in the "Obstetrics" section
4. Make sure you are in the "Current Pregnancy" section
5. Click Edit Pregnancy to open the pregnancy form
6. Click the Outcome tab at the top of the form
7. Complete the outcome form with all the required details
8. If the pregnancy was successful, do not click Save
9. Click the Births tab at the top of the form
10. Add details of the baby's name, weight, gender, etc. to the form
11. To create a patient record for the baby, click the Create Patient Record tick-box
12. Click Add to add the birth record to the pregnancy
13. In the cases of twins or multiple births, add the additional baby names using the same process
14. Click Save to complete

The outcome has now been added to the pregnancy, and the pregnancy has been moved from current pregnancy to past pregnancies.
