Follow these steps to edit a current pregnancy:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Obstetrics" section
- Make sure you are in the "Current Pregnancy" section
- Click Edit Pregnancy to open the pregnancy form
- Update the pregnancy form with all the required details
- Click Save to apply the changes
The current pregnancy has now been edited.
