How do I delete observation results?

Follow these steps to delete observation results:

1. Open the patient record
2. Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
3. Make sure you are in the "Observations" section
4. Select the Type of Examination example BP Lying
5. Click Delete to permanently delete the observation record
6. Click Yes to acknowledge the observation will be deleted
7. Once deleted, the observation will not be visible on the timeline grid
8. The observation result has now been deleted.
