Follow these steps to delete inbound correspondence:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "In" section of Correspondence
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the correspondence
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list and click Delete
- Click Yes to acknowledge the correspondence will be deleted
The correspondence has now been permanently deleted from the patient's record.
