Follow these steps to filter the list of Unclaimed Amounts:
- Open the Medicare Claiming dashboard
- Click Accounts at the top of the page
- Click Claiming
- Make sure you are in the "Unclaimed Amount" module
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click to select a filter under Channel or Provider
The list of Unclaimed Amounts has now been filtered.
