How do I search for a claim In Progress?

Follow these steps to search for a claim In Progress:

Open the Medicare Claiming dashboard
Click Accounts at the top of the page
Click Claiming
Make sure you are in the "In Progress" module
Click the Search box and type in a Keyword (Provider Name OR Invoice # e.g INV-1109)
Press Enter and the system will display a list of the closest matches
You can also search using keywords from any of the column headings - including Channel, Amount and Status

The search has now been completed.
