Follow these steps to print inbound correspondence:
- Open the patient record, by any of the following options
- Navigate to the "Clinical" tab
- Navigate to the "Correspondence" section > left-hand side panel, eleven (11) down
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the correspondence
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list, and click Print to open a print preview
N.B Check to make sure the page is going to the right printer Destination and click Print
The inbound correspondence has now been printed.
