Follow these steps to change the status of inbound correspondence:
- Open the patient record.
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "In" section of Correspondence
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the correspondence
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list, and click Checked or Unchecked
- The Checked Date and Checked By fields will automatically be added to the record
The status of the inbound correspondence has now been changed.
