How do I change the status of inbound correspondence?

Follow these steps to change the status of inbound correspondence:

Open the patient record.
Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
Make sure you are in the "In" section of Correspondence
Click the Tick-box next to the name of the correspondence
Click Status to reveal a drop-down list, and click Checked or Unchecked
The Checked Date and Checked By fields will automatically be added to the record

The status of the inbound correspondence has now been changed.
