Follow these steps to filter the list of inbound correspondence:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "In" section of Correspondence
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click to select a filter under Status or Category, or a combination of both
The list of inbound correspondence has now been filtered.
