Follow these steps to preview an outbound letter:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "Out" section of Correspondence
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the letter
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list, and click Preview
A preview of the letter will open. Click X in the right-hand corner to close the preview.
