How Do I Create a Clinical Action Regarding a Result?

Follow these steps to create a clinical action regarding a result:

1. Open the patient record and go to Clinical tab.
2. Make sure you are in the Investigations section.
3. Make sure you are in the Results section of Investigations.
4. Click the Tick-box next to the name of the result.
5. Click More to reveal a drop-down list. 
6. Click Create Clinical Action to open the clinical action form.
7. Click to select the Owner, Type, and Reason
8. Click to select the Due Date, Repeat, and Priority
9. Enter a Subject and Description
10. Click Save to complete.

The clinical action has now been created.
