Follow these steps to delete an outbound letter:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "Out" section of Correspondence
- Click the Tick-box next the name of the letter
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list, and click Delete
- Click Yes to acknowledge the letter will be deleted
The outbound letter has now been permanently deleted from the patient's record.
