There are two methods for changing the status of an outbound letter:
Method 1:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "Out" section of Correspondence
- Click the Tick-box next the name of the letter
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list, and select Draft or Final
The status of the letter has now been changed.
Method 2:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Correspondence" section
- Make sure you are in the "Out" section of Correspondence
- Click the Subject to open the letter
- Or, click the Tick-box next the name of the letter and click Open
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list, and select Draft or Final
- Click Save to apply the changes
The status of the letter has now been changed.
