Follow these steps to delete a request:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Investigations" section
- Make sure you are in the "Requests" section of Investigations
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the request
- Click Delete to permanently delete the request
- Click Yes to acknowledge the request will be deleted
The request has now been permanently deleted from the patient's record.
