Follow these steps to change the status of a request:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Investigations" section
- Make sure you are in the "Requests" section of Investigations
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the request
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list
- Select Outstanding, Partially Received, or Fully Received
- The status of the request has now been changed
The status of the request has now been updated.
