How do I review an existing request?

Follow these steps to review an existing request:

Open the patient record
Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
Make sure you are in the "Investigations" section
Make sure you are in the "Requests" section of Investigations
Click the Test Name to open the request
Or, click the Tick-box next to the name and click Open to the open the request
Click the X in the right-hand corner to close the form

The request form has now been opened for review. The request form cannot be edited or amended.
