How do I add a custom clinical finding to a request?

Follow these steps to add a custom clinical finding to a request:

1. Open the patient record
2. Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
3. Make sure you are in the "Investigations" section
4. Make sure you are in the "Requests" section of Investigations
5. Open the New Pathology or New Radiology request form
6. Complete the form with all the required details
7. Click Custom Finding
8. Type in the Name of the custom finding or diagnosis
9. Press Enter to add the custom finding to the list of findings
10. Additional custom clinical findings can be added using the same method
11. Click Print to complete the form

The custom clinical finding has been added to the request.
