Follow these steps to remove a test from a new request:
*NOTE: Tests can only be removed from a New Pathology or Radiology Request. If the request has already been sent to the lab, you will need to cancel the request and create a new request.
- Open the Patient record.
- Go to the Clinical tab.
- Click Investigations
- Tick the box for the test you want to remove.
- Click Delete
- Click Yes
The test has now been removed from the request.
