Follow these steps to remove a test from a new request:
*Note: Tests can only be removed from a New Pathology or Radiology Request. If the request has already been sent to the lab, you will need to cancel the request and create a new request.
- From within the New Pathology or New Radiology request form, navigate to the list of tests
- Click the X next to the name of the test that you want to remove
The test has now been removed from the request.
