Follow these steps to add a custom test to a request:
- Within the patient's record, go to the Clinical tab.
- Make sure you are in the Investigations section.
- Make sure you are in the Requests section of Investigations.
- Click New Pathology or New Radiology to open the request form.
- Click Custom Test
- Type in the Name of the test and press Enter.
- The custom test will be added to list below.
- Additional custom tests can be added using the same method.
- Click Save to complete the form.
The custom test has now been added to the request.
